Like most YMCA organizations, the Youth and Government program staff is supervised by a volunteer committee known as the Governing Board. The Board meets three times each year, and is made up of business leaders, YMCA professionals, local delegation advisors, and other interested individuals, many of whom were once Youth and Government delegates.

In addition to the adult members, three delegates also sit on the Governing Board: the elected Youth Governor, and two delegates appointed to serve by the previous year's outgoing governor. These delegates are full voting members, and also serve on the Board's series of committees.

We extend our appreciation to those who serve on the Board and contribute a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and time.
