Below you will find links to each program bulletin and most all forms. The bulletins are mailed to each YMCA periodically throughout the year. Most of the forms found below, can also be found in the advisor manuals. Revisions and additions to forms are added to this site as they become available.

Bulletins:

The Youth and Government program is administered by the core professional staff based in San Mateo, CA. The staff relies heavily on the following series of periodic mailings to delegation advisors to conduct the program year. Enclosed with each bulletin are important forms, information, and dates that are crucial for successful participation in the program.

Awards & Recognition Nominations on this form include Outstanding Delegate, Michael White Spirit of Youth & Government, Advisor of the Year, Outstanding Service to Youth, Outstanding Program Innovation or Development. Applications are due to the Y&G office (Trinity Room) by 5:00pm on Saturday, February 16th. February 16, 2008
Governing Board and Program Committee

Nomination form for youth members of the Governing Board and Program Committee for the following year's program. Delegates should be outstanding members of their local delegation and have shown mature leadership skills. Open to juniors planning to attend next year's ML/C. Applications are due to the Y&G office (Trinity Room) by 5:00pm on Friday, February 15th.

Premier Delegation Application All delegations must submit this form to be eligable as a Premier Delegation. Applications are due to the Y&G office (Trinity Room) by 5:00pm on Saturday, February 16th. February 16, 2008

CONA Application

CONA General Info.

In order to participate in National Affairs each delegate will have to submit an application, a resume, three topic areas of interest, two letters of reference, and pay a $100 non-refundable deposit. (The deposit is due within seven days of being selected to attend the Conference.) Applications will be available at the T&E II Conference for interested delegates and advisors.

Each application will be reviewed by an impartial team of judges. Selected candidates will be announced at the Closing Convention of the 60th ML/C. A list of 3 alternates will be announced.

Applications must be mailed by February 4, or delivered to the Y&G office (Trinity Room) by 9:00pm on Thursday, February 14th.
